Since Melanie and I met in Duluth, MN, we decided to get married in the town we both live and work. On May 29, 2004 (3:00pm), we will be celebrating our wedding ceremony with family and friends in Leif Erikson Park on Lake Superior. We know that it will mean a great deal to us that we will be beginning our lives together on the same lake shores that I proposed.

We will be married by our pastor, Mr. Nathan Sahlberg of the Fond du Lac Community Church.

As this will be an outdoor wedding, we ask that everyone be aware of the weather conditions on this day, and dress appropriately.  We pray the weather will be warm and sunny, but we realize that Duluth can be very unpredictable.

Parking is available in the following locations:

•   City parking lot above Leif Erikson Park/Rose Garden on 1400 London Road

•   Shrine parking lot at 1025 London Road, Duluth, MN  55802

•   City Parking lot at corner of Superior Street and London Road

•   Parking is available on both sides of London Road above Leif Erikson Park

•   First Lutheran ELCA's Parking Lot; 1100 E Superior Street
   

Restrooms are available above Leif Erikson Park in the Rose Garden.
